Your profile is your personal Keloa account, separate from the workspace. One profile can belong to multiple workspaces.

Open your profile

Click your avatar in the top-right → Profile.

What you can edit

Avatar

Click Change → pick an image. If you don’t upload one, we use the initials of your name on a brand-coloured background. Remove with Remove avatar.

Notifications

Per-event toggles:
  • New message in a conversation I’m assigned to — email / desktop
  • @mention in an internal note — email / desktop
  • Conversation assigned to me — email / desktop
  • Daily summary — email digest of yesterday’s volume
Desktop notifications require browser permission. If the prompt doesn’t appear, your browser has probably blocked them — unblock for app.keloa.cx in browser site settings.

Languages

Changing your preferred language switches the Keloa UI into that language. It does not change how the AI replies — that’s per-agent and auto-detected from the customer’s language.

Sign out

Top-right avatar menu → Sign out. Ends the current session on this device. Use Settings → Security → Revoke all sessions to sign out everywhere.

Deleting your account

Profile → ⋯ → Delete account. Removes you from every workspace. If you’re the last admin of a workspace, you must assign a new admin first. This is separate from deleting a workspace (done by a workspace admin in workspace settings).
