Invite a teammate
Invitations expire after 14 days. Resend or revoke any pending invite from the Members list.
Roles

Change a role
Members list → click a teammate → pick a new role. Takes effect immediately. The last admin cannot be demoted — there must always be at least one admin.Specialties
Specialties are free-form tags on a teammate (e.g.returns, shipping, technical, dutch). They do two things:
- Show up in the Assign picker so you know who’s a good fit.
- Drive assignment rules — route
returns-tagged conversations to everyone with thereturnsspecialty.
Remove a teammate
Members list → click → Remove from workspace. They lose access immediately. Their past replies stay on the conversations (authorship is preserved in the audit log).Plan limits
