Connect the Facebook Page you already use to route Messenger conversations into the Keloa inbox.

Prerequisites

  • A Facebook Page (not a personal profile).
  • Admin access to the Page.
  • A Meta Business account linking the Page (usual path if you run any Meta ads).

Connect Messenger

1

Open the integration

Sidebar → IntegrationsMessengerConnect.
2

Sign in with Meta

Meta asks which Page(s) to connect. Pick the one you want.
3

Grant permissions

Messenger access, page engagement, manage inbox. Approve.
4

Done

Connected. Messenger messages to your Page start flowing into the Keloa inbox.

24-hour window

Messenger enforces a 24-hour response window. Inside it, you can send anything. Outside, you need a message tag (CONFIRMED_EVENT_UPDATE, POST_PURCHASE_UPDATE, ACCOUNT_UPDATE) or a One-Time Notification token — see Meta’s platform policy. Keloa blocks free-form AI replies outside the window automatically.

What the AI does

Inside the 24-hour window, AI replies as on any other channel. Outside, human teammates can still reply with tagged messages if the context fits one of Meta’s allowed tags.

Combined with Instagram

If you run both Instagram and Messenger for the same brand, you’ll have two separate channels in Keloa. They can point at the same or different AI agents.

Disconnecting

Integrations → Messenger → Disconnect removes the webhook subscription from the Page. Messages stop arriving immediately.
