| Name | Top of sidebar, emails, CSAT survey |
| Slug | Used in webchat embed (data-account="...") and default URLs — read-only once set |
| Default language | EN or NL — used when we can’t detect the customer’s language |
| Business hours | Feeds the “business hours open?” condition in flows; shown on CSAT emails |
| Contact email | Used as the From address on CSAT if no email channel is configured |
| Signature | Appended to all outbound email |
| Brand colour | Widget default theme colour |
Workspace context
A free-form description of your business — critical for AI agent quality. The onboarding scan pre-fills this; you can edit any time. Good fields to populate:- Public name — what customers call you
- Industry — “specialty coffee roaster”
- Description — one paragraph on what you do
- Support email and business hours
