Workspace settings are your identity inside Keloa. Name, colour, business hours, default language — plus the workspace context used to generate AI agent prompts.

Fields

Workspace context

A free-form description of your business — critical for AI agent quality. The onboarding scan pre-fills this; you can edit any time. Good fields to populate:
  • Public name — what customers call you
  • Industry“specialty coffee roaster”
  • Description — one paragraph on what you do
  • Support email and business hours
This context is injected into every AI agent’s system prompt alongside their own prompt, so keep it concise and factual.

Signatures

Plain text or simple HTML. Signatures support variables:

Multi-language

If you operate in multiple languages, set Default language to the most common one. Keloa’s AI auto-detects the customer’s language on every message and replies in kind (EN/NL at launch; more coming).

Who can edit

Only admins can change workspace settings. Other roles see a read-only view.
