The first time you sign in, Keloa runs a short wizard that turns a blank workspace into something usable. This page shows every step in detail so you know what’s happening and where to revisit each piece afterwards.

Step 1 · Website scan

Paste a URL and Keloa inspects the homepage to extract:

Nothing is saved until you click Continue. You can also Skip the scan entirely and fill it in by hand.

Step 2 · Your first AI agent

Every workspace needs at least one agent. Onboarding creates one with:
  • Name — what customers see (“Nova”, “Kay”, whatever fits)
  • Tone — friendly / professional / playful — maps to the system prompt
  • Greeting — the first message on the widget (e.g. “Hi! How can I help?”)
  • System prompt — drafted from the scan; you can edit it now or later
The agent starts as live — it will answer immediately on any channel you connect. See Create an agent to change these later.

Step 3 · Pick your first channel

You choose one channel to start. The rest are a single click in Integrations once you’re live.

Webchat

Fastest to set up — one script tag on your site.

Email

Forward support@yours → Keloa; AI replies with a branded signature.

WhatsApp

Requires a WhatsApp Business account; we’ll walk you through it.

Instagram

DMs and story replies land in the Keloa inbox.

Messenger

Connect the Facebook Page you already use.

Shopify

Installs the app and pulls in product + order context.

Step 4 · Widget appearance

If you picked webchat, onboarding sets a default theme colour from your scan. Tune it in Settings → Widget:
  • bubble and header colour
  • greeting message
  • optional avatar image
  • languages (EN / NL)
Changes preview live in the right-hand pane.

Completing onboarding

When you hit Finish, Keloa:
  1. Marks your workspace as onboarded so you won’t land here again.
  2. Creates a live AI agent.
  3. Creates a channel row — already connected for webchat, or marked pending setup for external channels that need verification.
  4. Queues a knowledge ingest job for your website (you’ll see pages appearing in Knowledge within a minute or two).
You land on the Dashboard with a status summary.
